Ordering the HVAC and ENERGY Design Service for your Florida construction project is easy.

  1. Download and complete the HVAC info form or sample sketch for existing projects. (See below)
  2. Send us two items by email.
    • a full set of the permit ready architectural drawings in copyright-free PDF format
    • the completed HVAC info form or sample sketch.
  3. Once we review your information, we’ll email a pay link showing the cost of our services.

Information and Details When Ordering

Rates listed below are per HVAC system and per building level – 5 ton maximum HVAC system capacity per thermal zone.

Ordering Examples:

  • Single story home with 1 hvac system = “Qty 1”.
  • Two story home with 2 hvac systems = “Qty 2”.
  • Two story home with 1 hvac system and thermal zoning = “Qty 2”.

Request a special quote for larger homes or multifamily projects. A typical HVAC system can serve about 3500 square feet.

Approximate time to complete a project is about 2 days.

An e mail receipt will be sent shortly after a successful payment, payments made are for store credit only, no cash or credit card refunds.
